Prayer of Salvation

Prayer of Salvation: Please pray this prayer out loud to assure yourself
of eternal life promised by God through Jesus.

Dear God in Heaven,
I admit I am a sinner and I need Your forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sin. I believe that He rose again after three days to be with You in heaven sitting at Your right hand. I thank You for forgiving my sin. I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I now invite Him to be in my heart and in my life. I thank you for the Holy Spirit who will be in me to guide me, protect me, and to lead me to the path of righteousness where You want me to be now and forever. Amen.

Salvation is the result of the grace of God through the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross and not because of our work, it is the gift of God:

Apostle Paul in (Ephesians 2:8-9) “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast”.

Salvation is the belief in Jesus. Jesus speaking in John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that he gave His only Son, whosoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life”.

Salvation is declaring with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead:
Apostle Paul speaking again in (Romans 10:9-10): “If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved”.
Amen

“The above three groups of verses in the Bible prove your salvation. Salvation is by faith in Jesus and by faith in God, then we experience the power of the Holy Spirit”. Please read the topic; Basic Principles of Faith on the right hand side of this page.
